    i can't believe no one has started a thread for today but i swear i am not seeing it!

          Okay I found out yesterday that if I were not running on a treadmill, I would be actually running 1/2 mil every 4 minutes! This means that I've had my milage totals all wrong, so I went back and changed them to reflect the true distances that I've been running everyday.

          2.5 run
          3 mile walk
          100 sit-ups

          215lbs

                    WOW Iyishiaf 8 minute miles that Humping pretty darn fast that's like 7.5 miles an hour HOLLY **** :yikes if I ran that fast I would fly off the treadmill at my fastest 5 miles per hour I am only doing a 12 minute mile that's pretty kick *** I will probably never run that fast in my lifetime but I'm ok running my 13.30 mile.

                    Any how I exercised walked for 1 hour

                        3 miles of road running. Not too quick 30 minutes and 50 seconds. But I ran the whole way none the less.

                        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
