    Rest day, gotta shop for stuff to make "legal" treats for camping this weekend. Plus my hip is killing me from working out so hard last night urplequ:

      Okay, I'm going to call yesterday a rest day, and if I don't get off my butt on Saturday and exercise (my usual rest day) then you can slug me.

      Today I walked 35 minutes on the treadmill at a fairly good pace. Though what I really wanted to do was take a nap. It was definitely a "just do it" moment.

      I'm hangin' by a string guys...don't know what's going on. :help

          interval training 40 minutes running 13.30 per mile 2 minutes off my time YAY. ran 2.9 miles in 40.

            sky i can't believe you slugged yourself!

            i have not done anything yet. i don't know if i will or not. i am in no danger of getting slugged since i have 4 days to my credit already. if i do something i will let you know. but for now, give me a pit stop. thank you dear heart for all your hard work! you are never a slug in my book!
