  • 6WEC #18, Week 6, Day 2, Mon June 27

    Hey!

O.K., did get up and out by 7:10 A.M............still brutal!.........77F and HUMID!

Ran most of the 9.5K, though had to slow down and walk three times for about 3 minutes each time (found some trees and shade! heavenly!).

Tomorrow is my Rest Day. On Wednesday I will try getting out there by 6:30A.M.....catch the sun as low in the sky as possible.

    Ta, till then.

I am back and I am vertical!! Woohoo! Boy, I hope I never have a week like THAT again!
Anyway, I started back with Start It Up! Maybe treadmill or bike later, but have to work on this pigpen of a house for a bit first!
