                            Definitely counts. I already show a rest day for you for Friday though. Was this supposed to be for the last Friday of 6WEC#18 or for the first Wed of 6WEC#19?

                              Skye, according to your exercise chart, it shows there is nothing posted for me for July 1, which would make it Friday of week 6, the last week. And that's what I posted here! Hope this makes sense now!
