Okay, this is my first exercise challenge. I've read the rules, & understand the general idea. Seeing as today is the first day, I should post my measurments for week 1. I'm going to weigh every day, because I can't help it, but measure on Sundays.
Start
Weight 210.5
Chest 42.5
Bust 49
Ribs 41.5
Waist 39.5
Hips 46
Biceps R/L 15.5/15.4
Thighs R/L 27.5/27.5
That was painful!! I'm going to ask DH to measure again, it's always harder to do it myself.
EDIT: Today is a rest day. I'll rest Saturday/Sunday. It's easier to exercise during the week when DH isn't home. If we counted chasing a 2-year-old as exercise, I'd be 24/7 for 7, 365 a year!!

60 minute run was really good went 4.2 miles I am sooo tired now AHHH I could sleepsigpic

30 min cardio at gym, upper body weight training, 40 minute beach walk. We will NOT discuss the chaffed inner thigh problem.....Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

Sunday was a rest day for me.
Oh btw... Though you won't see it updated on the my website for a few days I am updating the chart. I'm just not uploading it to the site yet. I'll get it uploaded as soon as I've gone through to see if anyone will be awarded the slug free button for 6WEC#18.
