      20 min stationary bike, 15 min elliptical trainer, 15 min weights, 10 min breaststroke.
      Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
      218/187/140
      Measuring every 2 weeks
      As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



      Minimum 45 min cardio per day

                Rest Day I twinged my back getting out of my truck. I have bad Nerve damage from having my 2nd. I had a Spinal STUPID. ANy how I am out for today I am hoping to be back tomorrow feeling better This sucks.

                  Walked 20 minutes today, did 30 mins of ab work. I hope you feel better soon hun, I just got back from the hospital myself. My brother bruised his knee in our garage. I'm so tired now the bed is calling me lol. Goodnight all

                    Another rest day..but a busy one! I was hoping to find some exercise time but this holiday has been too busy!
