    Feeling alot better today!

    3 miles elliptical
    5 miles exercise bike

    weight still the same, eventhough I'm on medication.
    RESTART 02/07/10

      SICK can't see so well to walk my vision sucks I may have to take a few sick days. I really want to exercise but, I can't see GOODNESS. Have to see the specialist and I am on Antibiotics now so hopefully I'll be better.

          5 minutes stationary bike (warm up)
          40 minutes upper and lower body weights
          100 crunches
          1/2 mile run up hill on treadmill.

          It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                thursday couch potato for me... 1/2 hour horse lunging but i dont think that counts.
                Life is a horse.. When it throws you down you have to hop right back on.
