    Hey!

    Ran/Jogged 9.5K.

    My Doc upped the pain meds and anti-inflammatories....we are hoping that this will hold me until the 13th of September at 10:00 am......that's when I get a new sexy ceramic hip (total hip remplacment)

    Ta, till tomorrow.

    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

        45 mins. yard work. Mowed the grass in the rain.

        Still feeling weak from yesterday, going to take a walk after dinner. I need some fresh air!

                  Mowed my dreaded lawn I wish it wouldn't grow 1.5 hours walking pushing a lawnmower in +27C heat EWWWWW!!!

                      arghhh, nothing again today. rest day I guess - I was working all day except between 12 and 2 and i really coudln't go outside with my sunburn still. (I don't belong to a gym)

                      I guess I could do some situps or something now, but I don't know. I"ll just exercise the rest of the week somehow. Get up early or something.

                          I'd like to join this excercise challenge if at all possible.

                          100 crunches

                              Hi for my today and tuesday were forced rest days.. I am on vacation and my hubby is taking me fishing all week. We are not at home and the people we are at do not do excersize.. This is real hard on me.
                              Life is a horse.. When it throws you down you have to hop right back on.
