    2 miles on treadmill (1 min running, 2 min walking for 40 min)

    Tummy crunches, and upper body (with stretchy band per my physical therpist).

        REST day!
        Technically I did 45 mins w/ the weights, but I want to call it a rest day because no cardio.

          Played soccer with the boys at the park for 30 mins.

          It was nice until the mosquitos came out!

                Today is Thursday and I woke up at 7 and walked my neighborhood until just now, which I should have done months ago because it is very lovely here. I like the outside walks.

                Later on this afternoon I plan to go swimming after work and then do a 20 minute run on my treadmill.

                              Also deep cleaning my house again...
