    Hey!

Well it's official, a "drought" has been declared for our area. And do we know it.....during the last 9 years that we have lived in this house, this is the first time we have had to buy water. (We live in the country and depend on rain water which is stored in an under ground cistern.) To illustrate the seveity of the drought - because we put the house up for sale, we did not plant a vegetable garden....so our normal water consumption is significantly reduced - and despite this reduction in consumption, we had to buy water.

At 7:00 am this morning it was 84F with the humidity at 90%! My run was absolutely BRUTAL. Had to cut it back to 8.5K , walked the last hill, and took 1 hour 7 minutes to complete.

    Ta, till tomorrow.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Wow, now that is dedication. If you can get out there and run in 90% humidity that means you can do anything.

Walked on treadmill 2 miles which took 50 minutes

I'm slowing down my treadmill workout due to ankle swelling. I increased my distance from 1.5 miles to 3 miles in a matter of days which resulted in lots of ankle swelling. Was advised to go back to 2 miles total and only increase once/week and only at .25 miles each time. I was a bad girl.

Sorry about your ankle punkin. Hope you get better very soon.

45 minutes on treadmill on 2.5 incline at 3.4mph. I am sore from doing the leg WT, so took it slow and easy today.

I swam - half a mile, about 30 minutes. I'm so tired, and yet it was so much fun!
