Re: 6 WEC #19, Week 3, Day 3, Tue, July 19
Hey!
I started to write my apology and request to be withdrawn from this Challenge. My life has suddenly careened out of control!!!!!!!!!! Having gotten half-way through my note, I came to a dead stop. One of the great things I do for myself is to exercise, and golly-double-darn-it
, I am not going to give that up!
O.K., compromise time.......if it is O.K. with all of you, I would like to scale down and commit to three days per week; this will reduce some of the pressure, while concurrently motivating me to keep doing something for myself.
Case in point.....as soon as I posted this I was going to put a tape on and do a 30 minute dance arobics class.....NO DICE!......just got a call that an agent is coming here tomorrow at 10:00 am......so the cleaning that I scheduled for tomorrow morning (for a photo shoot tomorrow afternoon) will now be done this afternoon!
Call it a Rest Day today!!!????
(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Re: 6 WEC #19, Week 3, Day 3, Tue, July 19
Okay, so this is lame, but because of my pulled muscle I can't do too much.
I played bocci ball for 2 hours tonight. Not exactly exercise, although it's basically "Throw ball, walk to other side, throw ball, etc..." but it's not really very vigorous.
but, better than nothing and vigorous is a NO NO right now! I tried!Female

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
