    situps, pushups, and a bit of yoga

    still have a pulled calf muscle. I will probably not do any form of 'real' exercise til monday.

    Edit: I also went for a very very very slow walk around the block. probably a half mile or so - 20 min.

        35 minutes on the treadmill

        25 minutes on the recumbent bike

        25 minutes weights/circuit training

            45 min of cardio, plus lower body weight training.
            Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
            218/187/140
            Measuring every 2 weeks
            As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

              Went clubbing, danced for at least 2 hours strait. That's almost 1000 calories! Wooohooo!!!

                    5 minutes warm up on stationary bike
                    20 minutes run on treadmill
                    15 minutes on eliptical trainer

                    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                        I don't remember if I posted or not for Thursday, but I did 1.6 miles on the treadmill....(30 min), and did a good upper body workout. Lower body warm up.

                        Am going to try to kick up the lower body this coming week. My shoulders are looking sublime...so I need my rear end to look just as good.
