        I must get some pics up lol so u guys can see where i began and where i am now. I walked everyday so far. SUrprised myself this morning and got up at 6 am and walked 2 miles. Doing another before bed, and crunches. 100 total

            Haven't posted my stats in the past 4 days. Sorry! I have been sidelined by an injury. Can you imagine? I pulled a muscle in my back by sleeping wrong in bed!Talk about painful. It hurt. But I am on the mend and back at it tomorrow.
