    Hey!

    I got to start the new week! And a great start it is.....ran my 9.5K this morning. After that, I scrubbed our back deck....2 hours...... with a hand brush and hose.

    Ta, till tomorrow.

    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

        took today off, so I don't over do it. Felt better today though. On to the gym tomorrow though!

          30 min. on treadmill - 10 of which was running.

          5 min. on stairclimber - workin' that booty.

          100% Female - All Girl, all the time.

                  Fell down and hurt my knee pretty badly, Friday I took a sick day. Saturday tried dancing for 30 minutes. Today my knee was even worse, so I guess it is another sick day for me.

                  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

                    I have some weird stomach thing, so I'm taking another rest day.

                      Ended up doing 40 minutes on the exercise ball. Great ab workout too!!
