I have to catch up too! My cousin has been visiting, so I haven't updated much. Sorry Skyye to make you work like this, I know you've been busy!

    7/15 - WATP 1 mile
    7/16 - Rest
    7/17 - Rest
    7/18 - Walk 1 hour
    7/19 - Gardening 2 hours
    7/20 - Rest
    7/21 - Walk 1 hour
7/22 - Bowling 2 hours (I'm counting it as exercise because that's the 3rd time I've ever bowled & with all the laughing & bowling, I was exhausted!)
    7/23 - 45 min hike

Not great for me but I did do something!

                  20 sit-ups
                  5 mins on exercise bike
                  general bends, twists and stretches

Am going to my parents for a couple of days and intend to take the dogs for a few walkies so that'll be very good exercise indeed! Will report on what I did come Friday when I'll have net access again.
