      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Treadmill for 55 minutes - got up to 3 mph for 30 minutes - my best so far. - Went 2.3 miles

              Hey!

              Sorry that I have not kept up my reporting. So "better late than never"......here it goes:

              Monday, July 25 - Upper body workout - scrubbed floors on hands and knees for two hours at our new home.

              Tuesday, July 26 - Upper body workout - sealing grout between floor tiles and then polishing said tiles, 3 hours on hands and knees.

              Wednesday, July 27 - Rest Day....Started sewing Roman Blinds for Den window.

              Thursday, July 28 - Ran 9.5K.

              Friday, July 29 (that's today) - Ran 8.5K....just ran out of energy so cut it a bit short.

              Tomorrow is another day. We shall see what it brings.

              Till then.
              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
              Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
