    Hey!

    Not bad.....got to open this week and close it!

    Ran 9.5K in the cool cool of this morning, in one word...delightful!

    Ta, till Monday. Tomorrow am taking a well deserved Rest Day.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

    3 mile WATP tape. Whew, those knee lifts and kickbacks are really ricking my b***.

        Measuring every 2 weeks
        As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

              Did a mile on the treadmill with (2) 2 pound weights doing arm excercises as I walked.

                    Walked to work and home again - about 25 mins at a brisk pace.

                    5 mins exercise bike, with weights.
