        I'm back from my trip. Time to catch up.

        Fri - Spent time walking the mall doing a bit of shopping so I'd have some decent clothes to wear while out of town. (I've already outgrown my pants hehe)

        Sat - Walking around in the heat and toting fishing gear.

        Sun - My normal rest day. Spent a good chunk of it in the car riding home. Whee

        Mon - I haven't done anything yet and I don't exactly see myself doing anything since it's fairly late aleady so I'll just call it another rest day. Will have to get my butt in gear tmw.

                  Still resting my leg, but I dragged 10 loads of recycling/garbage down 2 flights of stairs. I'm counting anything out of the ordinary as exercise since I can't do much other than situps and arm weight at the moment (which I don't have).
