    I plan to exercise at least 5 days a week.

    I will also enter my measurements on out first sunday.
    OK I FINALLY FOUND THE PAPER THAT I WROTE MY MEASUREMENTS ON SUNDAYSO I AM POSTING THEM

    Fullest part of chest=45 /
    Ribcage=38 /
    Waist=40 /
    Hips=44.5 /
    Bicep=13 x 2 /

                            I'm in for this one, it's been a while since I participated in a weight loss challenge. I'll say 5 days a week. I'll post measurements this week when I get a chance to take them.
