    6 Week Exercise Challenge #20 will begin on August 14th and run until September 24th.

    The Chart This is where you and everyone else can see how well you've kept your promise to exercise.

    The Rules This explains a what the 6WEC is about and how it works.

    If you have any other questions just send me a PM and I'll get back to you as quick as I can.

    I plan to exercise at least 4 days a week.

    Fullest part of chest ?
    Ribcage ?
    Waist ?
    Hips ?
    Bicep ? x 2
    Thigh ? x 2
    Weight ?

    I, of course, will not be keeping track of my measurements due to pregnancy. I'm just sort of posting them here so you can see what's needed when you sign up.

      I'm going for it - am appearing in a play by the end of October and want to lose as much as I can before then in both pounds and inches.

      Will post results for this current challenge after it finishes.

        Ok, I´ll do it ... hopefully stick to it this time!

          I'm up for it as well...I need something to boost my motivation in the exercise area!

          I'm gonna exercise 4 days a week.

            Count me in... I must admit that I haven't been the best at sticking with exercise but if I want these big old thighs to go away I've gotta do it and will do it!!!!!!! Not looking forward to everyone seeing my measurements but hey... they and I will be shrinking!!

                  I will work out 5 days a week.

                  Not measuring, going for a size 8. I made my goal of a 10 this last challenge.

                      good to see some of my little journalers here!
                      i said i would sign up if a couple of them would so here i am! doing well with the presidential challenge, sky, but i will commit to 3 days here. got meals starting in 2 weeks so don't want to ax myself right off the bat.

                            No wasted carbs.
                            Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
