    OK, I'm back and am so BUMMED I missed signing up for this challenge, especially since it has been so motivational for me! The amount of support and accountability can't be beaten!

    So, I'm posting my measurements tonight, but please take me, too!

                    count me in! I will workout 5 days a week. I know I am late signing up so I will workout an extra 30 minutes a day to catch up. My goal is a size 10. This is my second time around I lost 30 lbs on atkins until 3 weeks ago when for some reason I fell off the wagon

                      chris, there really isn't any catching up so to speak. just start from now doing your workout and sky will handle the rest. if you work out 30 minutes or 3 hours it's gonna count. i like the commitment though!

                          Ok, here are my results. I had a scale incident a few weeks ago (bought a new scale at I weighed 7 lbs more than the old scale so I adjusted everything up by 7 lbs).

                          Measurements and weight on Sunday August 14th, 2005

                          Weight: 213 lbs + 7 = 220 lbs
                          Around chest under arms: 40
                          fullest part of chest: 43
                          Ribcage: 37
                          Waist: 39
                          HipsThe area I measured was below my butt so I'll keep the same spot) 45

                          Thigh: R: 28 L: 28.5

                          Measurements and weight on Saturday September 24, 2005
