Hey!
Yesterday am claiming as a rest day. Today, 7.5 K.run.
I am getting really annoyed with myself ....as the summer goes on I am getting lazier and lazier. I made all these promises to myself that I was going to get up early EVERY day so that I could run in the cool of the morning. And here I am staggering out of bed at 8:00 am and then trying to run in the creeping heat. How silly can one get!
O.K. maybe I need a "get out of bed by 7:00 am" Challenge!

P.S. Barb....re your request for a pic.......I have always avoided photos of me. But this coming week end will be one of those "Photo Opportunity" times....we will have three of our children plus a bunch of friends with us to celebrate my hitting half a century +5. No way will I be able to avoid getting photographed at least once!(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
