    Wow, I get to start today.

    Completed first session of 5K training, total of 30 minutes of cardio.


    P90X Challenge: 24/90 done, 66 to go!


    My Personal 20 Week No Cheat Challenge:
    3 week down, 17 weeks to go!

    Hey!

    Up at 6:15 and 5K under my belt before 7:30!

    Had my blood pressure checked this morning (autologous blood donnation) and it was 103/64, Can't get any better than that!

    Ta, till Sunday or Monday.....big weekend.....lots of friends and family coming down.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

      Bad News: I'm leaving the challenge.

      Good News: I'm still enjoying this woe and losing. I have a lot of things on my plaet right now, and I won't be able to sign-on and chat as much as I used to. This is only temporary. I've been movin my mother into her new apartment--in the middle of next month, I will be moving into my new apartment--I've been going out of town a lot--and I still have more out of town trips planned.

      Still no cheats--I've gone through all of the OWL rungs, and I'm still losing. I will also check in from time to time.

      I wish you all the best--and good luck with the rest of the challenge (there's not much left, but good luck anyway!)
