      Today was unfortunately a rest day for me. I'm bummed, but NO slugs for this girlie!! I'll catch up!

                        I wrote down my measurements and weight yesterday will keep looking for the paper i wrote it on.

                        But i did 1 mile on Sunday (yesterday)

                                I did a 2.5 mile hike in the mountains - I very steep mountian hike. Lots of sweat in 102 degrees LOL
