                  40 mins. walk on nice sandy beach - wish I could do this everyday....so beautiful!!
                  15 mins. sit-ups push-ups squats- etc.

                    Sunday was a rest day...had another party for my son at my m-i-l's house.

                    Today...I walked 45 mins in the park.

                      ugh, first day back at work dealing with 18 or so 4~5 year olds from 9 till 5 so I'm calling a rest day!

                        Sun was a rest day. Today I did 30 mins on the treadmill and 60 crunches and 20 pushups.
