    15 min walk treadmill

    45 min exercises for legs and arms (with 5 pounds arm weights)

      20 minutes of walking my dog, and 30 minutes of treadmill (1.5 miles, 3 mph) and so on

      Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

            Walked an additional 30 minutes on Monday at a very brisk pace.

              I Did walking away the pounds walk\jog dvd for 30 minutes and then walked 1mile in the evening.

                    1.8 miles on Treadmill. Full upper and lower body workout....

                    And, broke that DARN 134.....yea baby!
