    Starting over: October 14, 2006 --- Fell again on Nov 2nd...
    Initial start: June 2005
    Most weight lost: 62.5 lbs by February 2006
    Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
    Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

                  I went to Curves.
                  Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

                      so i have not checked out the si6 yet. my plan is to start the si6 program on monday....but that didnt mean i didnt exercise. i am doing other things until monday.
