30 minutes treadmill, 3.1 mph for 1.5 miles... and walked dog for about 20 minutes (or was pulled by dog, darn husky..., i am not a sled!!!)

Rest day....had to work all evening. But I'll make up for it. I have to exercise today, tomorrow and Saturday to make my 5 days this week but no problem. I'll do it. Don't want jimmie on my case.

FOR CLARIFICATION FOR ME, DOES MY WORK IN THE CHURCH KITCHEN COUNT AS AN EXERCISE DAY? I HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING A REST DAY, I JUST WANT YOU TO TELL ME IF IT'S GOING TO COUNT OR NOT. THANKS!
THERE IS A LOT OF HEAVY PAN LIFTING THAT GOES ON. IT WORKED MY ARMS SO MUCH THE HURT WORSE TODAY THAN IF I HAD DONE MY REGULAR EXERCISE.

The way I see it.. if it makes muscles sore then it must be some type of exercise so I would count it. Its really up to you on this one though. If you feel like its exercise I'll be glad to throw that smiley on there. If you don't think it should really count then I'll slap that nice comfy chair up there.
Hehe I almost forgot about that measuring chart. Luckily I was bored and looking for something to do real quick and I remembered it. Hopefully it will help you and everyone else out.

count me for exercise on week 2, day 4, wed. then. i plan on doing more but it looks good if the hostess/mod does more than her posted days. shhhhh don't tell, this just stays between me and you ....right?
