I was going to rest today but then I figured I've been pretty much resting for the last ten years...so 1 hour mowing the lawn (push mower), I must have lost 2-3 lbs. in sweat...and tonight I will do sit-ups, push-ups and a few light weight. Have a nice afternoon!!

5 hours standing, 3 hours cooking. Hey I know it's not your traditional excercise, but it counts.
Also playing catch up:
Friday, rest day
Saturday, walking 1.5 hours slowly, standing 2 hours, running (around the bases twice, once caring a 28 pound kid)
We played baseball.
