4 jile run 50 minutes WOOHOOO, and I got to try out my HRM I was betwen 159 and 166 BPM cool.

Hi there, catch-up time...yesterday 30 min. walk today 45 min. walk...will be gone untill late Weds. evening (going camping and then to stay on the ocean..yipee) so I will catch up on Thursday when I get back!! I'm sure I'll be doing a ton of walking!!!!!!!!
