    Walked at the mall for 2 miles-45 minutes burning 604 calories then went to Curves for circuit training for 35 minutes burning 492 calories.
    Started 5/16/05

      4 jile run 50 minutes WOOHOOO, and I got to try out my HRM I was betwen 159 and 166 BPM cool.

                  Hi there, catch-up time...yesterday 30 min. walk today 45 min. walk...will be gone untill late Weds. evening (going camping and then to stay on the ocean..yipee) so I will catch up on Thursday when I get back!! I'm sure I'll be doing a ton of walking!!!!!!!!
