    I accomplished Ramp It Up (SI6). Hope to do a walk or something else tonight. I'll post later.

              I know it's been a while since I've updated, sorry about that. This should catch me up.

              Friday 2 Sep - 1.5 hr cardio kick boxing / abs
              Saturday 3 Sep - 2 mile run
              Sunday 4 Sep - push-ups, abs
              Monday 5 Sep - 3 hr packing parachutes, weights (arms)
              Tuesday 6 Sep - rest day
              Wednesday 7 Sep - 3 mile interval run
              Thursday 8 Sep - weights (arms)
              M/32/SW225/CW225/GW170
