30 minute walk with the dog, which could actually be considered resistance training as well LOL.

Curves for 35 minutes today. Didn't do any exercise yesterday due to bad back acting up. I felt awful without my exercise.

Hey guys...sorry I haven't been on. I over trained, and under ate, and needed to take a break.
I'm going to join Mattkins Halloween Challenge, I'll see some of you over there.

Hey!
Well!!!! It has been one h*ll of a week. But here is my catch-up:
Wed - Sept 7th - Rest Day (a ton of appointments)
Thurs - Sept 8th - 7.5K run (with DH following in car and shooting photos....will post sometime this week end).
Fri - Sept 9th - Rest Day - up at the crack of dawn to meet the plumber, painter, electrician at the new house....did FINALLY finished the window treatment for the upstairs Den/Bedroom
Sat - Sept 10 - Rest Day - LOL LOL LOL - in the midst of preparing for company for this evening the water filter burst......1 hour of mopping basement floor and $90.00 for plumber, we are back on schedule.
Any more Rest Days like this and I will ...................!!!!!!!!!!!

Curves circuit training.Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Okay.. I think I messed up my reporting somehow.
Sun- walking
Mon- swimming
Weds-Wogging
Fri- "house walked" (dont know what else to call it,, marched in place, jogged in place, did some aerobicy moves, etc cause I couldnt get out of hte house)
I prolly should check last week against mylog. THis is what I get for never knowing what day it is and not getting on the puter more this week. SOrry folks...
