        Walked 20 minutes (which is like 1 mile). Will try and do more this evening.

              Did some dishes and light housecleaning. Heh not intense enough to claim as exercise though. I'll call it a rest day.

                  Splitting Wood Upper body workout Holly cow. 1 hour EEEK and still have a ton more to go Oh no I am gunna be a wreck.
