    i am going to be carrying pans of water and shrimp around in the church kitchen and putting away tables and chairs after the dinner tonight.
    when i say pans of water these are not like the pans in your kitchen at home. i'm talking 16 to 20 quarts with shrimp.

      I slept in a little late this morning but I did go to Curves and got my circuit training done
