Walked 3.2 miles in 1 hr 15 minutes - kind of slow but I'm going for distance not speed. I'm more than 2/3's the way to my goal of 5 miles for the walk for breast cancer on 10-8.

45 min Turbo Jam....mild acceleration so I would make it through and not try to keep up with blond-jack-in-the-box.

Yesterday was a sick day for me. Still havign the pain, and not sure what is wrong.

Walked two miles today, with my leg complaining the whole way, except for the times when I am fairly sure my ankle and calf just went numb! Never thought I would be so happy to lose sensation in a part of my body... lol...

Why, by the way, does walking two miles on the track take me an hour, when at the gym, my "standard pace" is 3.0 mph on the treadmill?

40 minute walk with the doggy. Who made a very nice impression on the new neighbors when we stopped to chat. Had to walk back home for a baggie that I forgot to bring with me!

I was out of the house all day yesterday because the apartments had the exterminators come again. My mom and I wandered through 2 hobby/craft stores looking for something fun to try (didn't find anything I just had to get) and then drooled all over furniture that we wished we could have someday at a nice furniture store. LoL

Today I did my WATP vid
