    cycled to the gym
    ran 1.5 k on treadmill
    30 minutes of weights.
    cycled home.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      30 mins on treadmill and crunches today. I notice on the 10th and the 12th I don't have a smiley. I may have forgot to post my exercise. I walked on the treadmill on both those days. Thanks!!!
