Walked 1 hr & 20 minutes for a distance of 3.4 miles - that's about 22-23 minutes per mile. DH walked with me this morning. It gave me someone to talk to.

80 minutes of cardio!!
45 minutes on treadmill (1 mile walking down to 20:24, remainder at incline of 4.5, total 1.60 miles walked)
35 minutes on eliptical, hill mode, level 1Punkin-kid

Rest day for me I wlaked with my kids for a bit but, I really don't think I went fast enough to make that count I really needed the rest day.sigpic
