    Walked 1 hr & 20 minutes for a distance of 3.4 miles - that's about 22-23 minutes per mile. DH walked with me this morning. It gave me someone to talk to.

        9/14- 1 mile walk
        9/15- 30 minute walk
        9/16-rest day
        9/17-more packing and cleaning apartment

          45 minutes on treadmill (1 mile walking down to 20:24, remainder at incline of 4.5, total 1.60 miles walked)
          35 minutes on eliptical, hill mode, level 1

              I am gonna have to take a sick day, my stomach wont stop hurting. Does that mean I slug out for the week?

              I could half arsed walk around the block if needed to not get a slug.

                      Rest day for me I wlaked with my kids for a bit but, I really don't think I went fast enough to make that count I really needed the rest day.
