    60 min on treadmill. 50 crunches
    Here are my stats for you for the end of this 6 wk. challenge...

    I now weigh in at 231 with a total loss of 32 lbs for the 6 weeks
    Start /Now

    arms each 17 1/2 / 16 1/2
    thighs each 25 1/2 / 23
    waist 50 / 44
    Bust 50/ 46
    under bust 43/ 41
    hips 57/ 51

    Total of 29 inches lost!!!

        Curves circuit training for 35 minutes - 56% accomplished towards my Silver Medal in the Presidential Fitness Challenge. Will post my 6 week results tomorrow for this challenge.

                  35 minutes Precor eliptical
                  25 minutes stationary bike
                  5 minute stretching

                            Incline 5 was too much work for the extra 100 calories! I am too fat. Gravity kept bringing me down.
