    Waist: 46.25" / 44.25"
    Hips (mid tummy): 56" / 53.5"
    Chest (right under arms): 45" / 43"
    Chest (across boobs): 51.5" / 48"
    Ribcage: 43" / 41.5"
    R. Thigh: 30.25" / 29" x 2
    R. Bicep: 18.75"(error in first post) / 17.25" x 2

    15.5 lbs lost and 17 inches lost Woo hoo!

                  Walked at the park on their ember track for 4 miles. Almost ready for my 5 mile walk on 10-8 for breast cancer

                    No electricity, but cleaned yard from falling leaves and branches due to Hurricane Rita. Moved funiture back where it belonged, cleand house from leaves and dirt tracked in from animals. Was very hot with no AC.
