      3 miles walk/run intervals. 12.5 minutes of it ran total.
      25 minutes of situps and pushups

              Ok now that i figured out where to post this!! What a goober I am.
              Sun 48 min walk

              thurs 52 min walk
              later today i will try 54 min walk

              I've already lost 2" in my waist and 1" in my chest and 1/4" in thighs!!
              Its working!!

                  I just tried to go do my WATP vid but my tv is on strike I guess. I pushed the power button and nothing happens. Bleh. So I guess I'll have to walk outside the ol' apartment later this evening when the sun isn't so bright...

                      5 minutes eliptical warm-up; 45 minutes strength training - legs; 40 minutes PRECOR eliptical; 30 minutes stationary bike, hill mode, level 5
