      Curves circuit training for 35 minutes. I had my monthly weigh-in today. I had lost 12 lbs. and 3 1/2 inches (they only measure a few spots) but I got $18 Curves dollars and with what I had already earned I was able to buy a Curves shirt.

            Just finished Matt Roberts 20 minute burn workout and

            It took me longer than the 20 minutes to get through it all - I spent 37minutes 11 seconds total - with 10 of that being warm up.

            It was ugly.

            I can't wait to do it again !

                      10 minute warm-up on eliptical; 30 minutes strength training - legs; 40 minutes treadmill, random hill mode, level 4+; 25 minutes recumbant bike, random hills, level 5
