10 minutes warm-up; 60 minutes strength training, lower body; 25 minutes on stationary bike, level 5, hills...getting sick - YUCK!!!...I bailed early, I just couldn't do anymore.Punkin-kid

sky, you can couch me again but it was another one of those days of kitchen work. fund raiser fish fry at the christian school. i was there from 11:30 this morning till 7:30 pm. it was not resting i can assure you.
i have two days done and i promised 3. i am helping ernest move some things to her new place tomorrow but i will make sure to get something done besides moving boxes. i'll get my 3 days in.
