    OMG does my butt hurt! Amazing what a couple weeks of no exercise can do to your poor body!!

    I've been exercising all along barbiebabe, thank goodness, but that SIU is tough. I hadn't done that one in a while. You'll feel it tomorrow.

        Walked 30 minutes on treadmill. Did it this morning. Yeah for me!!!! I got up early to do this, and I AM NOT a morning person.

                    tuesday is table and chair day at the building. by golly that chair rack is getting easier every week!

                    i think i'll be doing some biking or something but please count my set up work. it took an hour as usual.

                      Back in the saddle!! Cold at bay!!!

                      10 minute warm up on eliptical; 30 minutes strength training - upper body (no machines today!); 35 minutes on eliptical, level 2, hills; 35 minutes treadmill, varying incline, up to 2.8 mph; 25 minutes stationary bike, level 7, random hills

                            I lied.. I was gonna use the bands, and I got nauseaus again, and ended up just lying down. Its now 10:00... so I wont be doing anything cept taking pepto bismo and going to bed.
