    Did 30mins bootcamp cardio and 4 sets(10 count) lunges and ab crunches and situps.

          Split wood for 1.5 hours still got more to do I'm dredding my Hubby comming home with another truck load AHHHHH. My arms hurt soo bad my legs my everything.

              Yestereday, toning... cant remember if I reported or not.

              TOday - very strenous hands and knees housework and furniture moving.. I am going to count it cause it was several hours and wore me out.

                sky, i helped tote boxes and crates tonight for a few hours. i am helping "ernest" move.
                tomorrow is an all day affair. i think this is going to count for exercise so if you would please mark me present and accounted for.

                      rest day for me...I should have put 6/7 days a week just to give myself that little rest in case I needed it...I will make sure and do that next time...thank you
