          ETA: I couldn't just leave it at YBB Go-Go. I just knocked out Turbo Jam 20 minute too. Now I feel better!

                      sky, i have not been doing the regular routine. i hope that you are able to count the moving i am doing for a friend.
                      i spent 2 1/2 hours moving boxes of trach and debris from a garage to a dumpster today.

                            sky - I posted in Sunday's thread that Monday was a rest day. Please change that. I ended up doing 30 minutes of cardio & weights in front of the TV at 8pm!
