          40 minutes PRECOR eliptical, cross-training mode; 35 minutes treadmill, hills, level4; 25 minutes stationary bike, level 7, hills

          Starting over: October 14, 2006 --- Fell again on Nov 2nd...
          Initial start: June 2005

          Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
          Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

              sky i worked all day in the kitchen but i would like you to couch me. i need to be committed to get in another 2 days of my usual routine.
