        Hey! Hey! Hey!

Guess who is back! Yup, it's me! Bionic Babe! LOL

The total hip replacement went off as smooth as silk. I lost the wheelchair and then the walker and now I am walking with a cane.

AND I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER SECOND LONGER....... I absolutely positively have to join the Challenge.......I just gotta do something NOW!!!!! The waist band of my slacks is stretched to the max and I am as miserable as can be!

Cane or no cane (according to my surgeon I have to continue to use the cane until December 12) I am pledging:

to walk a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days per week starting today. (If I count Sunday as my Rest Day I can start this first week off without that UGLY SLUG!)

P.S. Having been away for 12 weeks, I see amazing changes............Oh My!!! Aren't you gals looking ever so good!

Got a great start.....walked for 45 minutes this afternoon.

                          Egads!!

I did Ramp It Up today - haven't touched it in about a month.

I should have known better than to not eat all day and then do RIU! Absolutely ridiculous. How stupid.

20 minutes before I was totally gassed. I won't be making that mistake again.

My average heart rate during those 20 minutes was 164. My max?? 181!!! In 20 minutes I burned 203 calories. LOL Sheesh.

I'll probably do the rest of it a bit later - AFTER I get something in this bod of mine.
