Re: 6WEC #22, Week 3, Day 4, Wed. Nov. 23rd
I grocery shopped yesterday before the gym and cooked last night after the gym. I don't see myself working out tomorrow after dinner with family so I'll get back to you. I may work out this evening and take my rest day tomorrow.

Re: 6WEC #22, Week 3, Day 4, Wed. Nov. 23rd
Officially it's a rest day, but I did 2 hours of running back and forth while Christmas shopping (probably added up to about 6 blocks of brisk walking, plus, half the escalators in the mall weren't working) so it felt like a workout. lolFemale, 46yrs, 5'3"

Re: 6WEC #22, Week 3, Day 4, Wed. Nov. 23rd
Can't remember If I got this in or not but Tuesday I had to drive over to Orlando and didn't get to walk so that's a rest day.
Yesterday (Wednesday)got busy too so I guess that will have to be a rest day. That means Thursday instead of eating I'll be walking.
