      30 minute walk for today.

I see I missed Saturday & Sunday. Is off-road quad biking considered exercise? I didn’t think so Let's call Saturday & Sunday rest days.

I grocery shopped yesterday before the gym and cooked last night after the gym. I don't see myself working out tomorrow after dinner with family so I'll get back to you. I may work out this evening and take my rest day tomorrow.

Officially it's a rest day, but I did 2 hours of running back and forth while Christmas shopping (probably added up to about 6 blocks of brisk walking, plus, half the escalators in the mall weren't working) so it felt like a workout. lol

Can't remember If I got this in or not but Tuesday I had to drive over to Orlando and didn't get to walk so that's a rest day.
Yesterday (Wednesday)got busy too so I guess that will have to be a rest day. That means Thursday instead of eating I'll be walking.
