    All done for the day (aerobics and treadmill) AND I got to start the thread, what a fab day

    *I think... trying to avoid the scales due to general inability to cope with any gains without reaching for ice-cream

      Off to a good start here.
      1 hour on the treadmill, worked out to 3 miles. Slow and Steady.

        30 minute 3km walk. I even jogged a few meters!!! Getting there!!!

                  Hit the mall and a couple other stores looking for a gift for my SIL's upcoming wedding shower. Spent about 2 hours walking around. That's enough walking for me today. Ouch!
