Hey!
I need to do a catch-up (Sorry Skyye).
Wednesday 23 - 30 min. walk
Thursday 24 - Rest Day (Prep for Colonoscopy)
Friday 25 - Sick Day (Colonoscopy)
Saturday 26 - Back in the saddel again! Walk 40 minutes.
First "big" snowfall overnight and our country road was a "winter wonderland".....made my walk quite enjoyable despite my "slippin and slidin" all the way!(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

DID some dancing Tae Bo moves sit up crunches side bends penlic tilts 50 minutes worth my legs are very sore.
